A special limited edition, Platinum “Shape of a Heart” fountain pen features a pair of heart-shaped pieces enclosed in the dome, which gives a feeling of connection between partners, making it an ideal gift for someone precious.
The heart-shaped pieces are created during the manufacturing process of the pen nib. Two heart-shaped pieces, each piece approximately 1.3mm in size, are punched out to make the breather hole on the pen nib. In the past, these heart pieces are usually melted down and reused as a material. However, in the new “Shape of a Heart” model, the heart pieces are incorporated in the design. The pair of heart pieces are enclosed in the dome at the top of the pen together with loose scattered crystals of various sizes that create a sparkling effect as you write.
The fountain pen has a black resin pen body accented by pink-gold finished clip and trim, and fitted with 14k gold nib (EF, F and M) with pink-gold finishing. Its cap contains a unique “Slip & Seal” mechanism, preventing the ink from drying out in the pen and therefore, always providing smooth and reliable writing. The crystals in the dome at the top add a special design to the pen.
A limited edition of 2,000 pieces worldwide, each Platinum “Shape of a Heart” fountain pen is packaged in an exclusive box, and includes a converter, a 20ml bottle of Aurora Blue Mixable Ink and one blue-black cartridge ink.
