How can I check if a product is in-stock and make reservations?

Please send us an email or drop us a message if you would like to check the availability or make a reservation. A wider selection of products may be available in-store. If applicable, please be sure to indicate the model number, nib size and colour variation and we will be in touch with you shortly.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept online payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard. Cash, NETS, SG QR and other electronic payments are accepted in-store. Please be advised that international bank transfers are costly and may take longer to process.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After placing your order, please make payment via Paypal or Bank Transfer. Our details are available at the checkout screen, together with instructions. Should you have any queries or concerns, please reach out to us and we will be glad to assist you.

How long will delivery take?

You will be notified of the delivery status, postage tracking number and estimated time of arrival once payment is received.

How secure is the online store?
